Kobe 101 Asian Cuisine - Sandy

This is a fantastic sushi spot! While we had to wait a bit longer than anticipated, the food was absolutely worth it. The chef personally served each of our dishes, which were not only delicious but also beautifully presented; it was the best sushi we've had in a long time! It was so impressive that we suggested he bring out his head chef, and we were not disappointed. I highly recommend this place, especially for a leisurely evening. (Just a heads up: There isn’t a beer or wine menu, but you’re welcome to bring your own for a small corkage fee.)

The atmosphere at this restaurant is wonderful, and the food is even better. It's definitely one of my favorite places to dine. The vibe is both relaxed and romantic. They even offer karaoke on certain nights, so be sure to check the schedule for availability. Alex is truly an incredible chef! The dishes are not only delicious but also beautifully presented, particularly the sushi and sashimi. Alex is truly a master at his craft. I live about an hour away and typically make the trip twice a month. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, it's an outstanding value. I highly recommend it!

We sampled a variety of dishes, and each one was truly delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I can't wait to return to explore more menu options. The Adobo was exceptional and definitely a must-try. It's well worth it!

Best Sushi I ever had! Great presentation. Great people and passion for their art. You don't eat sushi anywhere else!

I come here all the time, Alex is the best and the food is always amazing. It can take a while to make but that's the price to pay for great quality food from a family owned business. 10/10
