Arby's - Sandy

We were feeling hungry and in the mood for something satisfying. Luckily, Arby's was nearby. The wait was a bit longer than expected and the girl at the window gave me a somewhat snobby look (she probably thought I didn't notice, but I did). Despite being out of one of the items we wanted, the food was still delicious.

I strongly advise against ordering the cheese steak from this restaurant. Other reviews have mentioned it being extremely soggy, and I can confirm that mine was as well. It was the most disgustingly soggy and inedible sandwich I have ever encountered. Imagine making a sandwich and then soaking it in dirty dishwater for a minute - that's the level of quality you can expect from this place.

I recently visited Arby's and my overall rating reflects how I feel about this restaurant compared to others. The recent remodel has really improved the look of this location. The food is consistent and tastes great. I recommend taking advantage of Arby's promotional coupons, especially the 2 Can Dine for $9.99 deal. The manager, John Roskelley, plays a key role in the success of this location. He is very friendly, remembered my name, and made sure I had a pleasant experience. Thanks to John, I will continue to return to this Arby's location in the future.

I waited at the drive-thru for 3-4 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. The cheesesteak I received was soggy from excess water, most likely due to steaming the cheese on the grill. The cheese was only partially melted. It was lukewarm when I opened it to eat, and my dog wouldn't even touch it. Additionally, I was given the wrong drink - a regular lemonade instead of the peach lemonade I had ordered, which tasted diluted. I am unsure if I can continue to patronize this location, as there appears to be a lack of consistency in the quality of their food over the past few years.

I live very close to this location so I’ve been there a few times, but never again.Staff is either completely incompetent or they hate their customers.Never get even the simplest of orders correct and are frequently out of menu items.Last guy working the drive through seemed stoned out of his mind too.
