British Beer Company- Sandwich

The waitress was very slow during our visit. After sitting down for 10 minutes, she finally took our drink order. Another 15 minutes passed before she returned to take our food order. While she was nice and the restaurant itself was pleasant, the service left much to be desired.

I'm very disappointed. when we came to the british beer company, they did not have the open table reservation. I will not use any open table anymore.

The bottom of this experience is that she had no knowledge of our reservation at the fronttheke. there were many seats available so that this was not the problem that they could not find our reservation. Eating and service were very good, all four of us enjoyed our meal, we were not rushed and yet the server was very attentive. we would go back to this restaurant.

Just felt service was a bit slow and 3 different people greeted us at the door and only one new about our reservation. portions are kind of skimpy also
