Pizza Place - Sandwell

Delicious food! the wings were beautiful that I loved the pizzas and also the quality of eating is great, as deliveries on time are also the workers are great I love also the fresy fries! I personally think that it should be food evaluation 100/100

Ordered online and when it arrive I had a burger with no sauce or onions as per the website, no dip for my mushrooms. On the phone call the person was very rude and underminding. Not once did I get an apology, but it was very clear no refund or replacement was going to happen. Do not order from this place it's a disgrace and they clearly need customer service training and to update the website seen as condiments and toppings are not give as advertised.

Ordered pizza and burgers for collection, pizza was nice. But found the bottom bun on one of the burgers was mouldy. Because of this I stuck to the pizza and binned the burger. Once we had finished eating my partner rang the shop to let them know about the burger bun, purely for the reason of letting them know. Wasn't fussed about the money. The man of the phone was extremely rude, basically made us out to be liars, stated it must have happened in the time we had picked up the food and hung up. Will not be ordering from here again, not because of the burger bun but because of the mans attitude when we tried to bring the issue to the shops attention.

The quality of the pizza has gone downhill. Will never get a pizza from here again. Overloaded with toppings which is not bad but not fully cooked. Was really good in the past. Won’t acknowledge there mistake. Lost a loyal customer. Will now find a new outlet for pizza.

Me and my sister went here and when she got her food (which was awful, might I add) the man serving her asked if she wanted sauce, she asked what sauce they had, and I quote, the man said “BBQ sauce? I know black people like BBQ sauce” (my sister is mixed race) we left as soon as he said that and walked home with more questions than answers.
