Ming Palace - Sandwell

1. Over 30 minutes late with no courtesy call. 2. Shouting in the background of the phone call. 3. Poor service and manners during phone call. 4. The lady told me to just cancel the order. 5. Poor food order. Partly cold. Raw vegetables within curry and beef in black bean sauce came with no sauce. I can honestly say this is the worst experience ever. I will not be ordering from here again!

I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food was terrible and served cold. The service was also very poor. We spent over £20 on our meal and did not receive any complimentary items.

During my last visit to this restaurant in 2011, the food was decent but there were rats seen running behind the establishment.

I ordered food for delivery and it arrived promptly. However, when I opened the container, I found a dead fly inside. It was clear that the fly had been cooked with the food as it was completely flattened. I was disgusted by this and when I asked for a refund, it was refused. I will never return to this restaurant and will be reporting them to trading standards.

Been using this takeaway for a few years now,but recently ordered on line instead of via telephone.Did not get the freebie after my order was over £10,rang up and was told you should of rung us then the food arrived...my boiled rice was egg fried,the chips were warmed thru and tepid and the chicken balls full of a flour type dough.It was in general quite horrible and a waste of money.
