Mcdonalds Great Bridge West Bromwwich

Every single time I have ordered from this restaurant, they have messed up my order. They constantly get my order wrong. I find this appalling. I have made complaint after complaint and they still proceed to make mistake after mistake I’d avoid at all costs.

Over 7 times we have order from here and everytime the food has come wrong u can never get through to them they need closing down as the staff have no idea what they are doing

I stood waiting to be served for 10 minutes (and I was the only one in line). It looks like you're better off using the drive-thru, as the orders from the grill were being completed much faster!

Don't bother with ordering late night food. This restaurant is a joke!! Ordered through uber eats and 3 drivers were assigned and left as the wait was too long. Tried just eat and they kept changing from preparing your order to driver at the restaurant. I'd put zero stars but wasn't an option
