Egg Free Cake Box Smethwick - Sandwell

I ordered a cake a week in advance. I sent two e-mails in the title date 1.08.2023 with a photo for the cake. The ladies could not save the picture to the desktop. I sent the third time with the date July 31, 2023 telling you that it was a mistake because my birthday is on August 1 and I have to pick up the cake a day earlier. I ordered a cake at 5pm. I came and the cake had the wrong picture. I spent 40 minutes there because the printer was out of order. I was under a lot of stress because I had a meeting at 6 pm and I didn 't know if I could make it, if the printer would work and if there would be a cake. I paid £47. I finally got a cake, but the photo was small and the decoration was cut with a knife. I already knew I didn 't have time to do anything with this cake. An hour later, the photo began to wrinkle. The next day it was very wrinkled. I called the store and the lady was not nice, she was talking at the same time as me. She said I could have said the cake would be kept overnight for the next day. I said that when ordering, but what kind of professional people should they be asking about such things. This lady did not want to help me at all. I was left with an ugly cake for a lot of money. no more your company. I have photos of the cake and will post them everywhere

My wife and I ordered a number seven cake and were shocked to discover a strand of hair in it. The staff were absolutely disgusting and extremely rude. I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant.

The most beautiful cake I’ve ever tried a friend introduced me to eggless cakes a couple of years ago and always remember how beautiful they were I was tired of spending money on supermarket Birthday cakes that was full off sugar thick of icing most of it got thrown away, my son was turning 3 and his favourite thing to eat is fruit this was absolutely perfect I went in within 10 mins I had a cake and even brought some balloons , the cake went down a treat for once I’ve not wasted half a cake the lot had gone people wanted seconds they were commenting how beautiful ,fluffy and fresh it was , this will be a tradition for us on special occasions , the store was fresh and modern loved the pink vibe in store , the pretty packaging was a nice touch to! Will return soon!! Will recommend to all my friends

There's not much else to add other than their cakes are absolutely delicious. They offer a wide variety of options, all carefully packaged in boxes to prevent the cream from getting smushed.

I ordered a few slices of cake from this restaurant through Deliveroo and they confirmed the order. However, an hour later they unexpectedly cancelled the order without giving any reason. If they were unable to fulfill the order, they should not have accepted it in the first place. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be using their services again.
