Costa - Sandwell

On March 19, 2024, I visited your restaurant in West Bromwich town center. I encountered a staff member who was unhelpful when my husband experienced a hypoglycemic episode. Despite explaining the seriousness of the situation, she asked me to wait in line. When I requested assistance from the customer in front of me, the staff member became annoyed and accused me of being rude. There were three of us present, including my husband in a wheelchair, our friend with a walking stick, and myself. This incident occurred at five o'clock in the evening. I kindly ask you to review the security footage of this interaction and provide information on the staff member involved, as her actions endangered a person's life. Lovely staff,the service is good and quick, am a frequent costumer of the place and really enjoy every time

In the summer, it can get a bit sunny at this restaurant. However, the lighting is not bad in the winter. I believe it is the only Costa in West Bromwich. The WiFi is good and it is conveniently located not far from the tram and buses.

Nice place to go for a coffee. Staff are pleasant and it's nice and warm.
