Chili's Grill - Sandusky

The moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and seated right away. Our waitress was not only friendly but also well-informed about the menu. She made some great suggestions, and I decided to follow her recommendations. We ordered the "You Gotta Tri-Appetizer," which included egg rolls, cheese sticks, and chicken fingers. Everything was delicious, although I did find the chicken fingers to be a bit rubbery. For dinner, I opted for the avocado burger, while my wife had the chicken sandwich with fries. Everything was fresh and incredibly tasty. It had been a long time since we last visited, but based on this experience, we'll definitely return sooner. Thank you!

Started the evening off with a wait when half the tables were empty. We get to the table and see server after server go by with no one stopping at our table. Only after speaking to a manager were we able to get our order taken. Salads were brought but nosilverware to eat with. After 15 minutes, the friendly host was able to get us some. Asked a passing server for some, but shenever brought them. Server didn?t return for any drink refills during dinner. She only came by to drop off salad and to enterthe bill in the machine on the table. Overall a very poor dining experience and I wouldn?t go back and certainly wouldn?trecommend anyone wasting their time at this establishment.

We had a fantastic dinner! It was our first time at Chili's, and all four of us loved it! The service was outstanding! I’ve never experienced a waitress who was so kind, helpful, and friendly. We will definitely be returning!

Our waitress was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the menu. She was very friendly and even with the mask on you could tell she was smiling. I definitely will come back for a visit in the future. Our table was clean and the next couple was seated away from where we were sitting.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. Just a heads-up: there’s an extra charge of $2 for the ribs when you order the smokehouse platter. It wasn't a big deal for me since I would have gotten them regardless, but I wasn’t aware of the additional cost. Overall, I’ve always enjoyed the food at Chili's!
