Burger King - Sandusky

My husband and I visited the drive-thru on Friday and ordered two Whopper Jr.s and two small fries. We were charged $9.71, and I even confirmed the order with the clerk, who quoted the price back to me correctly. However, today I checked the menu for our Burger King in Sandusky, MI, and saw that both the Jr. burgers and small fries are listed on the Value Menu for just $1.00 each. I’m really disappointed with this experience and won't be returning unless I have a coupon.

I am very disappointed in this transaction. will never go there again without a good certificate.

Yes, they do have some challenges in staffing, similar to the place we visited. However, we waited patiently for our food, and it was absolutely delicious. I'm grateful they took their time to prepare such a great meal.

The food was excellent (I tried the Whopper Menu and the Jr. Spicy Chicken). I had to wait around 10 minutes for my order, even though the cashier was present. She seemed to be occupied with something else and didn't acknowledge that I was waiting for my order.

The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful. My order was ready quickly, and it tasted great too.
