Buffalo Wild Wings - Sandusky

It took forever to sit and my family and I were the only ones waiting. there were also not many people in the restaurant. when the hostess on her phone finally came out of the kitchen so we were sitting, she was like we were a last. the waitress who waited for us did not clean up our appetizers that we placed at the end of the table until after our payment. she also did not check whether we needed to refill or to ask if our food was in order after she brought it to us. in any case no great experience at this buffalo wild wings location.

It took us about 20 minutes to get our chicken wings fries, but once we got them they were excellent. Fries were a little cold, but wings were hot. Great service from waitress.

Our bartender, Devin, was not anything short of AMAZING! you could just tell the customers he was serving were beaming with joy from his quick foot, fast pours and witty humor! What a doll! We can't wait to come back and see him! oh and the wings too-SUPERB!

I'm not a big fan of the whole bdubs fad but we were in town for a volleyball tournament and this is where the girls wanted to eat. The way they split us up was very goofy, when they had an entire section with no one sitting in it that they could have put us all in. The other thing that I found strange was the way they made us pay our bill. Our girls were in a different servers section than us parents and they took their orders individually and had them bring the bill over to us to pay at the same time we paid our bill. I will say that everyone that worked there was extremely nice and very professional.

Disappointed. We've been loyal customers for almost 20 years. Last night at Sandusky we ordered our usual Ultimate Nachos. Now have no meat or beans.? You have to pay for them now as add-ons.
