I ordered a meal for delivery, and it took three hours to arrive, by which time the food was ice-cold. The chips were made with unpeeled potatoes, the so-called "spicy rice" was completely lacking in heat and flavor—just a bland yellow color—and instead of the chicken leg quarter I ordered, I received a different cut of meat. Overall, the food was disappointing and the service was inadequate. I would rate the experience a 1.
