Unfortunately as with any motorway stop. It's just totally impersonal.It was only a terminal to order, so a very long snake has formed and you didn't have to wait until you could even give up your order, but also then until you got your order. There were only 2 employees “visible”, which I feel extremely understated. This also results in extreme waiting time. The current construction site in the restaurant has not disturbed me as I was only passing through, but lack of personnel and the resulting waiting time was really annoying.

Even a star is too much. I like eating at BurgerKing, but I haven't seen anything like that. Burger where the cheese is cold. Nuggets that taste like warmed several times and staff that is annoyed when you have the naughty that also to be reminded.
