Their arepas are the perfect portion size (might not seem big enough at first but you'll find yourself full before you're able to finish). Delicious plantains, options for everyone, and a lively spot that's great for good food, reggaeton vibes, and people-watching.
If i could give them 100 5 star reviews I would! Such fantastic food! If I had the ability to eat here every day I would! SO SO SO GOOD!!! Service is awesome! Everyone is so nice and willing to answer any questions you have about the menu! Also I am a hot sauce feen and let me tell you first question I asked about there homemade habanero sauce was “ Do you bottle this?” and the answer was YES!!!! Eat it with almost everything at home!! Recommend 500x!!
Went a few weeks ago. Tried the arepas some sides and the empanadas, everything tasted great! The only thing that absolutely sucked was how the empanadas are packaged for takeout. They give them out in wax paper and shut the bag and end up eating a soggy mess, which kind of defeats the purpose of a fried empanada. Especially when you spend 90$ on 6 empanadas 1 arepa and 3 rice sides.
Great empanadas and of course arepas, Service was friendly and courteous the atmosphere is vibrant and fun.
I've wanted to try this place for a while and had high expectations, but it was just an overpriced little place. I spent $47 on what felt like two appetizers and two drinks. $14 for an arepa and $18 for a patacon that is supposed to be a crispy green plantain similar to a toston and it was a fried plantain that was sweet. Sorry, but I will not be returning to this place. The portions are way too small for the amount you pay.
