DELICIOUS FOOD AND OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!This IHOP location in Virginia Beach (817 First Colonial Rd) may be one of the best kept secrets for visitors! Thank you, CHRIS, for honoring veterans (with valid IDs) with 50% discounts on their meals on Thursdays (a new initiative)!!!In addition, hats off to the chef for cooking our food to perfection--everything on both my entree and my husband 's was HOT and delicious!Lastly, thank you, ALYSSA, (server), for providing professional, friendly, and genuinely caring, customer service during our visit to IHOP. This is the kind of courteous service that we have come to expect when visiting Virginia Beach restaurants, and we will be back the next time we 're in the area!

We 'happened ' upon IHOP while visiting Virginia Beach.....stopped for breakfast on March 11th and were served by Kaleshia. This lady knows 'service with a smile '...... Ordered one of their famous omelets, recent addition to their menu and waffles. Great food.....both quantity and flavor, hot, presented perfectly, served quickly and by a young lady who offered excellent service and was genuinely interested in our feedback.... Kaleshia was engaging, friendly and welcoming.We recommend a breakfast visit to this IHOP......and ask for Kaleshia.

Very great experience 3/16/24 12:37 I had Jessica even though they were extremely busy when we came in. Like the type of busy where their wiping your table down as your sitting down she had a very great attitude towards us and was constantly checking in on us even though I know she had a lot of other tables to tend to. So thank you Jessica for the great experience

We are on our way back to our home in North Carolina and stopped by On 2 18 24 Tony was our server and he was excellent very efficient and personable we never ran out of coffee and anything we needed he got promptly was a great breakfast the spinach and mushroom omeleomet was to die for and my husband's breakfast was lovely however his eggs were a little undercooked great experience will definitely come back next time we're in this neck of the woods thank you Tony for your great service

Overall just a mid location, this place needs improvement overall ??
