Fast and friendly service. If I could get them to toast my bagel extra dark, as requested I would give

Completely messed up my order. I ordered an iced lotte made with milk and cold foam on top. The drink had no coffee in it it was completely milk. I didn't realize till I left but I wasted $7 for a cup of milk. Service was unsatisfactory as well.

Usually the place is 50/50 not great and not awful but too many times I've sat in the drive thru over 20 minutes to pick up an online order. I've tried store pick up and it's just as bad sometimes. Today I sat in the line, not even moving, until other people left the line entirely. This allowed me to finally leave the line because I was going to be late for work. I have nothing to show for what I paid for. As for past orders, the iced lattes are a random chance if they'll taste awful and bitter or like the drink your ordered. The frozen coffee is almost always good though, especially the caramel one. Food is subpar and always cold even if heated. The donuts are always dry and stale tasting but they are cheap and the glazed tends to be the best tasting out of them all.

I waited 45 minutes to both have my order taken and for my order to come out incomplete. When I asked for a refund none of the staff knew how to give one. I left with my drinks, no food, and very dissatisfied.

The wrong coffee they gave me was good and the food was microwaved so it was okay. Perhaps it was because when I pulled up to the speaker I was told to wait 10 minutes then when I pulled around to get my order and another 5 min wait half of my order was received not as ordered and she had to plug in half I did not receive.
