Good ice cream, took a little long but was worth the wait

Ice cream is excellent, unfortunately the staff is very rude and seem to hate their jobs

The first experience here was great, I had the banana pudding ice cream in a waffle cone. It was some of the best ice cream my husband and I have tried! The service was okay. The second time I decided to bring my family of 6 that was visiting to try my new favorite ice cream spot! It was a Sunday evening, busy as expected. However, after waiting 10 mins and seeing about 7 cars go through the drive thru, my family was ignored at the window up front. My husband waved at the worker at the window to get their attention, she looked right at him and continued the drive thru orders. When my husband got her attention after waiting another 5 minutes, he explained it was a bit rude to be ignored and that we have been ready to order. She once again continued with the drive thru orders. We simply left and went to Dairy queen, shame on the service! It could have been saved with a simple acknowledgement at least or a we will get to you soon even though that wasn 't going to happen.

Ordering was easy. Though as a family of 7 our orders were all out of order and the bigger party after us got most of their orders before us and when the last of the dessert was called out we were told it wasn’t ours. When clearly it was like it’s not gonna cost you an arm and leg to give someone an order that they asked for and paid for. Fix y’all’s organization it’s not hard to do order by order. Very disappointed#dontholdicecreamhostage?

I have only tried a few flavors. They were all very good. I’m stuck on chocolate coconut almond.
