Costa Coffee Drive Thru - Sandbach

Great service from a girl named Ella big smile on her face when ordering 5 drinks which were amazing when being made by Jake. Overall customer service 10/10. Drinks we all enjoyed so 10/10 Service: Take out Meal type: Other

Requested a Soya Frappe, to which I was informed that it would be prepared in the same containers used to do the standard frappes with cow's milk. Where I have an intolerance, this was a swift no. Clearly this wouldn't be okay. Not impressed in the slightest

The staff were rude, and several menu items were unavailable. When I asked the girl to clarify which sandwich was which, she responded with, "You'll figure it out." I wanted to know so I could give the correct sandwich to the right person while I was driving. They also forgot to bring my water bottle. The drinks we did receive were just "okay" in taste.

I was very disappointed with this drive-thru. This is the second time I've gotten a stomach ache from expired milk. The first time, I thought it was just a bad morning, but after today, I know better. Avoid ordering milk coffee at this location. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
