Terrible experience coffees were fine
Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Only 1 out of about 6 workers were doing anything.
Went on a Saturday night, for a quiet date night place, we were the only people there. So that was nice. Not a lot of cushioned chairs, but one of the few places with outdoor seating in Sand Springs.
Paid for mobile order 10 min prior. Drive-thru attendant asked me on three different occasions what the name on the order was and was told I don 't see that order followed by sir you can 't come to this window . ???So I parked and went inside.The lady up front walked up and paused then uttered whatever folliwed by what do you need? . At this point I just wanted to get out of there with my order since I had paid for it. After explanation it ended up all the items were ready with the correct name on them.Customer service is lacking both at the drive thru and the front counter.
Food was tasteless, drinks were ok but took 27 minutes to get all of them! People before and after were
