Arby's - Sand Springs

This is a good Arby's. Newly remodeled, the staff paid attention to my order. It was hot, fresh, and quite satisfying. A very pleasant experience.

We live 20 minutes away, so my husband drove over to get sandwiches. When he got home and we opened one of them up, it had a black curly hair in it. We called them, and while talking to the lady on the phone, another worker was LOUDLY mouthing in the back ground. We couldn’t even hear the lady on the phone, because the girl in the background would not shut her mouth! They offered to remake the order, but that would mean we would have to drive another 20 minutes both ways, and who knows what they would do to our food! No thank you! Their customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen! Will not go back!

This place is awesome. Great food. Fast and friendly service.

Feel like the food has gone down hill..sure miss the potato

Guy up front was rude to everyone, took forever to place order. Place was a mess. Avoid unless you want disrespectful service.
