El Jigue - Sancti Spiritus

Restaurant is worth entering and order some food and drinks. Prices are very attractive. Service extremely friendly, even gave us their phone and shared internet as we really needed it.

Very good location. You have band there too. We sat in front, but also noticed that there was a backyard. Food was fine, nothing special. The service was slow. A few times to get our food to the table. It was after lunch, only 3 tables included us. My garlic shrimps were good. My son's pizza was small and not delicious. My husband's spaghetti was asked twice and was not hot. The cheese upstairs was cold and could not melt and it was obviously forgotten to sit there. We had to reject the spaghetti and left.

Went there for lunch and service was good. Went again the next day and ordered pizza. One hour later we were still waiting for our pizzas. We were tond they are in the oven for over 30mn. And we could see people who arrived after us getting their pizzas. If you show up when they have a group all they care about is the group and you dont mean anything

Denied entry because full even though many free tables.

This place actually deserves zero stars. My wife and I went there three times. First time they asked us if we didn 't want to go someplace else, even though most of the tables were not occupied. Second time they told us preparing the food would take a long time because of a group eating there. The group appeared to be invisible. Third time they told us we needed to leave immediately because of a huge group. The group consisted of four people. The rest of the place was empty. The food is overpriced and anything but good, but because of inflation we had to go there. Otherwise we wouldn 't have. The staff is unfriendly, works slowly, and tries to avoid working to instead sit down to play with their cellphones. Horrible place that everyone needs to avoid!
