Mira Spiaggia - SAN VITO LO CAPO

Restaurant by the beach, has sea views. Service was very slow, unfortunately there was no menu at the time. seafood linguini was fresh and delicious, unfortunately lasagne wasn’t as good and arrived 15-20 mins before the linguini

Restaurant not too bad, plenty of waiters so good service and the food was reasonably good. Ice cream parlor cafe shop next to restaurant and part of same hotel. The large bottled beer at the cafe was the cheapest we found, which seems strange as you are opposite the beach.

The bar/cafe here is one of our favourite spots in San Vito. Great location right opposite the beach it's a great place for a morning coffee or an after-beach drink. Based on this we decided to try the restaurant one night for a change. The menu is pretty standard for San Vito, majoring on fish of course. Everything we ordered was absolutely fine, but not wonderful. Service was ok but not exactly attentive. It was quite late and we were pretty much the only diners. We got the impression that this place exists mainly for the residents of the hotel, who obviously eat early. It's slightly off the San Vito dining beaten track. A good choice for the location, an average choice for the food.

The above is all you need to know. I wouldn't go there anamore. I am prepared to pay for good service and good food but there I was dissapointed. I was hungry when I left, my wallet was very hungry...
