Listed by the World Gastronomy Platform as the best of the VI region for its short life.Its gastro trend adhered to Slow Food Italy of which its Chef is Director for Chile, also recently arrived from Italy due to an invitation from SF to present its gourmet cuisine at the World Gastro Congress in Torino, Italy.Custom cuisine in customer view and preparations at the moment with the right, pure, clean mot.... Insumos brought daily from the countryside, CONVIVIUMS, organized with Slow Food inspiration, who are mutual partners with the Restaurant...in an exchange of production FOR THE CHIVO...and purchase/ sale among the actors.... Chaoo I must leave to Santiago as Agronomo and PHD ecology and plant physiology must impart teaching in U of Chile... .
Without a doubt it is the best of Saint Vincent, to my opinion it is overrated since the competition here lacks enough. However it has many aspects to improve, food is rich but lacks variety of dishes, nothing special in drinks.
St. Vincent's best thing about restaurant. Creative and good food, top chef, correct prices. Quiet atmosphere. Except for the attention that is a little slow, the rest a 7.
Muuuy good place, nice and the food is very rich. Total recommended.
