Przekaż informację zwrotnąI will say that last 2 times I've been here. I stayed to dine in. The food was soo good. Carne asada fries were crispy the tacos were not oily! Care asada nachos were awesome too! Everything was Soo good!! Also they have Strawberry Fanta!!
BEWARE!!!!!!. 8/6/22 around 8:30 not exact time but I know it was around that time. I had made a call before me and my friend were supposed to go over there and the lady on the phone wasn?t very nice and had a certain tone I didn?t like.. I had order two SOFT beef tacos (not a hard order at all) and the lady said so you want two ground beef tacos.. as in to correct the way I worded it in which I ignored it and I said yes.. she never repeated the soft part.. so I politely asked her PLEASE make sure you put it down as soft ?she ignored and said with a certain tone the price and hung up. I never talked to her in any bad way or attitude? then my friend goes in to get my order he comes back as he wasn?t happy wit h the service of the one Mexican lady who?s extremely skinny and was wearing a red shirt at the time (We don?t know her name).. and he gives me my food and it was super hard. We both looked at each other and realized she did it on purpose? so my friend goes back in side upset cause why wouldn?t we be????.. and long story short she REFUSED And I mean REFUSED to give him his money back just because SHE was mad. I do understand unpleasant words were said back n forth but THAT does not mean you tell someone they can?t have their money back when they gave you the food back that YOU messed up. She didn?t even try to fix it and give soft tacos instead!!!!?. Someone please explain that ?!?. So you won?t refund the money OR fix the food you messed up at least?!?!. Very lucky the police was not called?.. I have never heard of such thing like you can?t just tell someone you won?t give them their money back or try to fix the order you people messed up. PLEASE I BEG anyone who reads this do NOT go here?. And that female with the red shirt and dark hair need to be written up or fired. Hopefully the video that was taken can provide some good use on who she is.. she is in no way someone higher up to sit there and even tell a customer they won?t be getting their money back or anything.. she doesn?t make the rules. This was a VERY VERY bad experience?.. and from how I was treated in the phone I should?ve known there was going to be problems and nasty attitudes. If you have any questions feel free to email me. This behavior is nonsense don?t know why they?re even running if this is the case and how certain customers are treated.
Decent Mexican food that is reasonably priced. Today is the first time back since the pandemic started. I do miss how they had the chips and salsa bar. With inflation you are able to still get great value. I ordered the #14 (2)carne asada burritos with rice and beans for $17.39 with a drink.
Busy place great rice.......not no more from a previous post/review...... Fast-forward now to May 23rd 2022. Google says location closes at midnight on their door it says 11pm. We had an online order to be picked up ordered almost an hour prior. Got there 12 mins to. They had the doors locked while I knocked on the door and called them. There were two people in there. Order was paid for. No class disrespectful ignorant employees it's like someone looking at you and just spitting in your face. They are the people you want representing your brand. This was just blatant disrespect. You have lost a few customers and probably more. Thank you Filibertos
Took 45 min to get and table. When we finally got to order our food. It took another 45 minutes to get it. The food was actually good. Which was the only good thing. Then we went to pay our bill took over 20 minutes to pay.
