Dairy Queen (treat) - San Tan Valley

A friend and I stopped by to have some ice cream. Service was good and our blizzards were very good. The seating area was clean, and we had a great visit.

We went to this location last night. We expected a wait, since the lines were long. After we pulled up in front of the restaurant (we were told to do so) waiting about 10 minutes, I decided to go inside with my receipt. As I walked in, I noticed about 5 employees running around. The manager was extremely rude to the employees who looked very young and flustered. She was yelling at them and made them feel low. I am a manager myself. I would never talk to my employees that way in front of customers. I almost wanted to tell them forget the chili hot I ordered. After all of that chaos, the chili hot dog was cold. I understand things happen and can get stressful with a handful of customers but never show that your frustrated in front of customers.

My wife ? the Blizzards. I always get a milk shake. Close to home and ALWAYS good!

Mean, disrespectful to their employees in front of customers. Calling them name and belittling them. Also seen treating an employee with Autism horrible.
