Makes his own pasta, and has trained his staff to prepare some traditional Italian dishes very well. He´s out of the kitchen, managing and greeting. Service is good, but depends on the waiter. The meat lasagna is very good, but varies. Cebiche also very nice. Some of the trout dishes better than others--the cream-based sauces a bit heavy. Beautful space, perfect for children to run around. A work in progress, but he´s committed. Should improve.
