Stopped on the way home from a track day. The fish, chips and potato cakes were delicious. Nice thick fish, not over cooked and crunchy on the outside. I stopped getting fish and chips near home in Melb. because it was so average. Not going to go anywhere else next time I'm down there. They even brought it out to my van. Thanks so much guys.
