The Habit Burger Grill - San Ramon

I’m so excited that you now offer Impossible Patties! I've been waiting a long time to enjoy my old favorite again. The teriyaki char is absolutely amazing!!!

We usually enjoy Habit, but our recent experiences ordering through DoorDash have been disappointing. They've either forgotten items or messed up our orders. We're really let down by them lately.

The burger was much soggier than usual, completely soaked in sauce. Additionally, the fries were also soft and did not come out extra crispy as I had asked.

By the time the order was delivered, the French fries were cold and hard, dark brown in color. I also requested ketchup and there was no ketchup with the order.

The customer service was terrible. I ordered a double burger on sourdough, but I only received one patty. When I mentioned it, the cook said it was because they were upset that it didn't fit. They really need to get it right the first time.
