Taco Bell - San Ramon

As always, the experience was fantastic. The Fiesta Veggie Burrito is incredible – truly the best burrito at Taco Bell. The flavor is impeccable. Greg delivered right on time; thank you, buddy!

For the third consecutive time, our order was incorrect, and we did not receive everything we requested.

Aside from the unique beer feature, the staff here is noticeably kinder and more passionate about their jobs compared to typical Taco Bells. They exude happiness and efficiency. I ordered using the computer kiosks, and my food was ready almost immediately. The kiosks allow you to place an order, and they call your name when it's ready. Maybe everyone is in such a good mood because of the beer!

This is the only Taco Bell I’ve been to that serves beer, tequila, and Jack Daniel's—it’s a new concept called Taco Bell Cantina. However, my experience was disappointing. There was no one to take orders, and my food arrived with every taco shell broken in multiple places. I had to carry it to my seat and eat it there, so they clearly knew about the broken shells. The service was worse than at a regular Taco Bell, where at least someone is usually at the counter. I won’t be returning.
