Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe staff at this restaurant were extremely disrespectful. They placed a teenager with autism in a restraint position, causing them to have panic attacks and tremble. The staff even called in four adult men to hold down a small 90-pound girl. When the girl expressed that being held down by adult men triggered their PTSD from past abuse, the staff laughed and mocked her. This behavior is completely unacceptable and I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate authorities.
They have been so capable since the secretary up to the nurses and doctors!
I recently contacted the billing department to inquire about a bill from Kopay money for services in 2020. Despite already paying before my visit, the representative I spoke with, named Rossah, was racist and accused me of being a thief. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I mentioned speaking to her manager, she transferred me to the Spanish-speaking department. This was the worst experience I have ever had, and I urge others not to support a business that lacks care for their patients. I have tried to reach the manager, but have received no response. I will never return to this hospital and will not recommend it to anyone else.
I am outraged by the fact that they charged me over $2,000 for a visit where the doctor simply told us to come back if things worsen. They failed to provide a clear explanation of the charges for months, the fees were excessive, and they were unresponsive when it came to discussing the bill or offering any assistance in reducing the outrageous costs. This establishment should be taken to court.
I had a knee revision surgery for INFECTION which went ok, however the HELL started when I went upstairs to my room. The floor's were dirty- Tray table had dried up food stuck on the side- The surgery site leaked all into the bed I informed the attending nurse but she didn't clean blood off leg or the surrounding surgery site.. she just covered up the mess with another leg wrap?, nor was I checked on, unless I rung the Call nurse button.It (bandage)wasn't changed out until 9am the next mornin by the morning shift and they were Angeles! (Mercy Maria). They had taken off that 1st **** layer, cleaned area and secured my knee.Maria then stripped all nasty linen off of the bed and replaced it with fresh linen. Mercy gave me medicine and helped me into bed. The care and attention helped me to get out of ????????FLIGHT MODE?????.. thanks ladies
