Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop - San Ramon

I have a question. When you order and pay online for pickup, you still have to wait for the staff to finish with the customers in line before they acknowledge you. What is the point of ordering online if you have to wait anyway? The food is good, but people order online to save time.

We enjoy the sandwiches. Bread is always fresh and offer rolls of sourdough, sweet and Dutch crispy. They offer special sandwiches, but we like a standard sandwich so this place is good and cheap.

You failed hard on my sandwich. When I come back, I'll ask her to repeat everything. Subpar service, the guy who makes our sandwiches, looks like he hates his job. But the food was good.

This restaurant serves delicious sandwiches, the hot pastrami with cheese and turkey avocado are both excellent choices. The customer service is great, the shop is clean and the staff is friendly. The prices are good and I highly recommend this place. The bread is amazing, especially when toasted. All the ingredients are fresh, and any combination you choose is sure to be delicious. They also have unbeatable prices and I love their fresh cookies.

My brother and I went to this restaurant to pick up 4 sandwiches, some chips, and sodas. There were two employees working, but they didn't greet us for a while, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Eventually, one of the employees said hello while the other finally asked if we were ready to order. I was surprised that they didn't notice us sooner, considering we were the only customers in the shop at the time. Despite the slow service, the sandwiches were tasty and we quickly devoured them as we were quite hungry. Unfortunately, my sandwich was missing red onions, which was disappointing. However, they did give us 4 free chocolate chip cookies, one with each sandwich. The lack of good customer service may deter me from coming back in the future.
