Jamba - San Ramon

The highlight of this restaurant is undoubtedly its incredibly friendly staff. Even during busy times, they manage to prepare drinks quickly and with precise ingredients, always striving to make everything taste just right. The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining options within walking distance.

The service was excellent and quick. However, since the pandemic, there hasn't been any fresh greens, and most items seem to be pre-packaged.

There’s a female employee who constantly frowns and occasionally rolls her eyes, which makes for an unpleasant experience when placing an order in person. While it might not seem like a major issue in the grand scheme of things, finding hair in my drink reminded me why I've been avoiding this place. It feels like she is unhappy in her role, and this behavior has persisted for over a year. On the other hand, there is a gentleman who works there who is just the opposite. He is always friendly and welcoming; he truly deserves a raise. I hadn't planned to write this review until I encountered the hair incident and saw her working that day. I really hope everything improves for her, whatever she might be going through.

Have to say Jamba Juice still makes great smoothies. They seem clean and healthy.

I waited 20 minutes for the peach perfection, but it arrived too watery. I won't be returning.
