Terrazza Toscana - San Rafael de Escazu

Food is fine, taste and quality have decayed. The portions are now lower for the same price. The lousy service. I've been going to Terrazza Tuscany for almost 10 years and the deal is now bad. We were celebrating a birthday, one of the many we have celebrated here, and no attention they put. It is no longer a place to recommend for special occasions, if not a restaurant.

The food was amazing the service and acomodation was not its best. We reserved a table outside due to the fact we were celebrating out anniversary, and when we got to the restaurant there were no tables available. The servers at the begining are very nice and always on alert, but once they serve the food or for refills they are no where to be found.

The place is really pretty, the food was good but the service was awful. We were the only table for brunch and we were very disappointed about how we were treated not the usual costa rican service.

Two people were years old and offered us no courtesy. I was hoping for a little better service.

It took more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to bring my plate and when they brought it the order was wrong. The dishes of the tickets never received them, Awesome experience.
