Mcdonald's - San Rafael

App didn't work for points. the scanner could not read my phone for code. the credit card reader did not work, so had to pay at the switch. quartier with chesse was dry. had to go to ace hardware that is right next door, so it was a comfortable lunch.

Dine in facility was not available when we had visited. Nice place

Close whenever they want and still able to order on the app even if they’re closed. Always mess up my order and act oblivious at the window.

It has taken the staff over 35 minutes to make four guava pies I'm calling the better Business bureau and the district manager

Well, y'know. It's a McDonald's. Stopped here because A&W across the street was packed. So, yeah 3 stars because there's nothing like that 3 star feeling you get when you couldn't have what you actually wanted for dinner and had to settle for McDonald's. Thanks for the good customer service though. ?
