La Vier Homestyle Cuisine - San Rafael

Sat outside with friends, cozy environment and although a cool night the 2 heat lamps next to our table kept us warm and comfortable. The waitress lets us know that they were only short employees, but the service was still good. The 3 people who served us were all very friendly. The servings were generous. We tried a vegetarian queen like a court with Tortillas-Yummy! We also had the Mol Enchiladas and Vegitarian Chillrellenos, both very good. Did not try Dessert because we were all full!!

Excellent food! Excellent Chef Guillermo and his wife Gabby! Generally served, tasty, price is fantastic! Come here and feel the great food and excellent ambience!

A hidden jewel. I ordered the basil chicken and it was incredibly delicious. I come back several times to eat again and again. For dessert we had the bread pudding and that was also amazing. The Guava shrimps were good, but not as good as the chicken. My companion stole a bit and I had a lot left.

Great interior and exterior seats, nothing on the menu is boring. The Horchata with an espresso shot is a beautiful surprise. Gabriela is so welcoming and a nice host. A great place to boot time away, and easy parking. My favorite place in San Rafael.

Amazing experience with a parklet. We had the shrimp cerviche and flank steak. So many different entrees looked incredible. We went down on a Thursday night. Every Thursday and Friday from 6-10pm on 4th st has closed off streets with live music every 4 blocks. This event goes on June-September. Definitely check out both!
