If they say that Emilia Romagna is the region of Italy where you eat better the reason is that we always know but with great respect of our tradition. to understand it just go to the Cavicchioli forests. This family, known for the production of lambrusco, decided to surprise us again. nice but informal environment, Modena cuisine at the highest levels, panorama on the vineyard, waiter marcello of a crazy pussies. That's really nice. nice location and really nice staff who accompanied us in the tasting.
