If they say that Emilia Romagna is the region of Italy where you eat better the reason is that we always know but with great respect of our tradition. to understand it just go to the Cavicchioli forests. This family, known for the production of lambrusco, decided to surprise us again. nice but informal environment, Modena cuisine at the highest levels, panorama on the vineyard, waiter marcello of a crazy pussies. Unmissable carpet!

Dinner based on tortelli alla reggiana with herbs, with ricotta, with pumpkin and sausage ragù and duck) accompanied by a selection of wines combined with dishes and to finish a apple pie with ice cream and wine Muscat I must admit with real pleasure that it was a nice time that we did not eat and drink so well. That's really nice. nice location and really nice staff who accompanied us in the tasting. We can't wait to come back to taste the chestnut tagliatelle and the macchroni to the comb with tosone and truffle that seems to be the chef's battle horse. The wine cellar is very well supplied as part of the great Italian wines. Good judgement!
