Español below.. I had a terrible experience in this place. The food took too long and when I finally paid my account the waitress had charged 10 times what I should get. If I hadn't noticed, I would have paid more than 10,000 for our lunch. When I warn you of the mistake it took about an hour to fix the matter. We lost an hour of our group's time and could no longer fulfill our plans for the setback. The owner did not care and did not offer to discount any of the account for the inconvenience. It was a mistake that if the owner had understood how to fix it properly, it wouldn't have been a big deal. I had a lot of patience and I don't blame the waitress if not the owner who didn't know how to cancel a collection or train her employees in the matter. Lack of professionalism and customer service. I'll never come back and tell all my contacts to avoid this business. Had a very bad experience here. The food took very long and when I finally paid the check the waitress had accidently charged me 10x what I should have been charged. If I hadn't noticed I would have paid $600 dollars for a meal. The owner refused to discount anything from the bill despite wasting an hour of our groups time because she didn't know how to cancel a charge. I don't blame the waitress bc mistakes happen but the owner should have known how to cancel a charge and should have trained her staff. This wasn't a cheap restaurant and I expected much better service. I won't return and will tell all of my friends and family not to visit this business.

Very bad customer service from the owner. They do not value the time of the customers and are not born to be held responsible.

The outdoor setting is very pleasant and natural in appearance.
