I will tell you the truth, we were in the Fashion Drive Plaza, and we were starving, but we were not 100% convinced to eat in a restaurant in this plaza, since, I had checked before and they did not have the best opinions and reviews, in the end we ended up choosing one but couldn 't find it, until we saw VASTO, since we were really starving, we sat down, in less than a minute, I had to googled it/tripadvisor/yelp and the reviews were so bad, I actually got scared if we should really sat dwon here, but we already ordered drinks, so we said Lets see what happends . I 'm not going to lie to you, this was and will be THE BEST FOOD SERVICE WE HAD IN MONTERREY!! The food was Italian, it was DELICIOUS, the pizza was EXQUISITE, and the fetucchini alfredo was even better, the variety of food is AMAZING, mostly they said in the comments that the service they offer is slow and bad, in our case, SANTIAGO treated us like queens, and that was the day of the champions league, we thought it would take up to 1 hour, but in less than 30 minutes the food, drinks, EVERYTHING was ready for us! The atmosphere and climate is super fresh comfortable! This place deserves better reviews, our experience was MAGNIFICENT! P.S. As an appetizer, the beetroot sashimi and caesar salad were DELICIOUS! Ask for SANTIAGO for cocktail recommendations. As soon as I return to Monterrey, it will be the first restaurant I visit! Les contare la verdad, estabamos en la plaza Fashion Drive, y moriamos de hambre, pero no estabamos 100% convencidas de comer en un restaurante de una plaza, ya que, habia checado anteriormente y no tenian las mejores opiniones y resenas, al final terminamos eligiendo uno, pero no lo encontrabamos, y dimos con VASTO, moriamos de hambre, entonces nos sentamos, al segundo lo busque en google/tripadvisor/yelp, y las resenas son muy malas, pero ya estabamos sentadas y acababamos de ordenar bebidas. Pero no les voy a mentir, este fue y sera el mejor servicio de restaurante que tuve en Monterrey!! La comida era italiana, estuvo DELICIOSA, la pizza estaba EXQUISITA, y el fetucchini alfredo, estuvo aun mejor, la variedad de alimentos y comida es deliciosa, mayormente decian en los comentarios que el servicio que ofrecen es lento y malo, en nuestro caso, SANTIAGO nos atendio como reinas, y eso que era dia de la champions, creimos que tardarian hasta 1 hora, pero en menos de 30 minutos estuvo la comida, bebidas, TODO! El ambiente y clima es muy fresco y comodo! ESte lugar merece mejores resenas, nuestra experiencia fue magnifica! P.S. El sashimi de betabel y la ensalada cesar, estuvo DELICIOSA como entrada. Pregunten por SANTIAGO para recomendacioens de cocteles. En cuanto regrese a monterrey, sera el priemr restaurante que visite!

We had lunch and dinner at Vasto on the same day. For lunch we had the gruyere fondue, and home made sausage both very good; followed by Chamorro and their version of spaghetti with meatballs. The pasta was MEH but the rest very good. The outstanding element of the meal was the dessert Tiramisu with a cajeta (sweet condensed goat’s milk sauce that is the best Tiramisu I have ever tasted anywhere!!! Dinner included salmon carpaccio (surprisingly they refused to replace the carbohydrate rich potato’s for more avocado very disappointing and salmon steak both good. Our friends ordered pizza which was bready and far from the crisp and thin crust that characterized the best true Italian pizza. They ordered fettuccini Alfredo as first, the pasta was MEH again, and the waiter seemed to have a major software failure to process that a pasta course could be ordered as first course. And... no captain nor supervisor where anywhere to be seen. The decir and setting of the restaurant are quite ni e. Prices a bit high, and food very good except for Puzzas and Pastas. Alas! The Tiramisu sort of Dave’s it all yet ... one wonders if the restaurant receives enough attention and Care as food is not what it was one year ago.

I loveee their pastas! Definitely recommending creamy alfredo one! And they have the best dessert in town profiteroles with ferrero roche icecream that they made in restaurant. Omg the best ice cream in whole wide world!!!!!

Las pizzas y los drinks son deliciosos, el servicio maravilloso y las vistas hermosas.

El servicio y comida siempre es muy bueno. Lo único malo es el ruido tan fuerte de los restaurantes que están a un lado. Ponen música muy fuerte y no se puede platicar agusto en la terraza
