Roots - San Pedro de Atacama

I ate a pica from the menu pink floyd and changed the cheese. I liked it very muc, the pica teig is very good! but had to pay extra for vegan cheese. they can choose an salad or sandwich and also add vegan cheese. the place has a beautiful atmosphere.

Has good vegetarian options, they couldn't confirm if the bread was vegan (could have animal butter.) very good attention, we were a group of 5 and two we are vegans

Visited only once and had the landgraaf (falafel) salat. grilled vegetables were great, but the salat had no suits and the falafel was very dry. the menu looked quite healthy, and the staff was friendly.

Was pleasantly surprised with this place! there are several options on the menu that can be made vegan salads, pizza (without cheese) and sandwiches with the gluten-free brot. the personal was really helpful to explain these options. they also have soy and mandible milk! I was very excited when I saw that they had flat white on the menu and it was one of the best soy flat whites I had in one. will come back in any case!

Only place (I found so far) with plant based milk. They have great coffee. Staff is very friendly. There is a very tasty vegan salad on the menu (not labelled) with falafel and some other things that could be made vegan (ordering them without cheese).
