When someone came back on the phone, they claimed to be a different person and never laughed, said they were the manager named Carla. I would have been fine with a simple refund for the cold pizza, but the laughing was not okay. Due to the many errors by the store and the disrespect, I asked for a full refund and they would only offer $5, not even what I paid for the cold pizza. I have never had any issues with the store today and after this experience, I will not be giving them anymore business and will also be posting on Yelp, Google and Facebook for the city pages. This is something I do not do but your employees at that store need training.

Today 8/28/21 worst experience ever. went to pick up my to go order. No one greeted me , as I'm yelling hello I make contact with an employee she (Samantha) didn't acknowledge me at all so I bang on the wall and another employee come out to assist me, 4minutes later I get my pizza, only to get home and notice the order was wrong. And was told to bring the pizza back , it 9:00pm I'm to tired to go back . i took a picture of the pizza to show proof. I asked for bell peppers and got jalapeño peppers. Tonight this location sucks ,
I was crying while eating the pizza I don't like to waste food. Eating that pizza slice was the most painful moment I have ever had to endure in my life. Making other Pizza Huts look bad. Asked for a regular pepperoni pizza and the crust was so thin. Looked like a pizza you'd get from 7 Eleven. Not to mention my supreme pizza as well as the pepperoni pizza wasn't even cooked all the way. The wings were bland and I ordered buffalo wings. Buffalo sauce that supposed to cover the wings all over were just at the bottom of the container and the wings weren't completely done either. And the worst part was...They didn't have Caesar salad If I could give it a 0 Star review I would. But unfortunately I can't. So I'll have to rate it a 1 Star. ; ; And you know this is bad if a child is taking their time to download yelp on their phone. Make a whole account, just to complain about this single Pizza Hut restaurant. This is all I have to say and I learned a valuable lesson today. Look at the ratings before buying.. I suffered today...
Sal had great customer service. He was knowledgeable about the menu and polite. He went above and beyond to explain things to us
