The dining area was not clean and needed better maintenance.

This restaurant has the worst customer service. They are very rude and don't seem to care if the food is undercooked or overcooked. If you complain, they dismiss it and say there's nothing they can do. The service used to be good here, but it seems they have lost their way. I will not be returning.

The customer service provided by employee Ruben is exceptional and highly regarded by the customers.

The food here is not enjoyable, and the service is poor. It's no surprise that this restaurant has a rating of only 3.5 stars.

The drive-thru employee was extremely impolite and even dropped my credit card on the ground. Very disappointing. I used to really enjoy eating at this restaurant.
