La Rana - SAN PATRICIO

Excellent service and food. Fresh fish cooked to perfection and great hamburgers too. Pasta on the menu but we haven’t tried yet. Lovely family run operation on a quiet, pretty street with good people watching.

Away from the beaten track this small restaurant known as The Frog in english served good food at a resonable price. The staff are friendly amd helpful.

Nicho and his fine family produce some of best food in the area on a very consistent basis. Variety and quality are unequaled. We eat there at least once a week. His Czechoslovak pasta is a real treat.good value for very reasonable price. Oh yeah, their breakfasts are great!

Located in the 'older part ' of San Patricio de Melaque, in Vila Obregon this family run restaurant is located at the front part of a house in a relatively quiet street. A few tables outside on the side walk, some inside and now even a few set aside for smokers ! on the side of the building. Great tasting food with a number of daily specials to choose from. We had BBQ spare ribs and they were delicious and well priced at 100 pesos per person. Not much choice in the line of drinks, but that 's OK, you come for the food ! Try and go early as they tend to fill up quickly and take a table outside. Reason: they often have 3 musicians 2 guitars plus a female singer and they tend to sound very loud inside the concrete room which make conversation impossible!
