This establishment needs to improve its payout percentages to give back more to its customers! I’ve been coming here for years, and the highest win I’ve seen for anyone is around $14,000 to $18,000. That was only possible because the place was extremely busy one night, capitalizing on the influx of patrons spending their welfare checks, all hoping to win back some money. It's clear that this venue aims to keep as much of the revenue as possible, with volatility rates at 1.2% and payout rates at just 1.9%. This setup only serves to suggest that their sales revenue is far greater than the profit margin they actually distribute to players. Even on slower nights, the profits generated by this place are astonishingly disproportionate compared to the potential payouts.

After spending $75K over last year. I told the manager how come I have ever won no more than 1 single time. I was told by the manager that I have bad luck and that maybe a gambling problem. To simply ban myself from going back to their casino. Wow. That's what I call worse customer service and a total disregard for a patron.

Honestly, contrary to believe I enjoy coming here. Employee's are not very hospitality focused and smiling all the time. Though very hard working as the casino is always packed daily. Living in the city it's local and not far from home. Also safety has never been a concern for me as I've always felt safe. Casino always has machines available no matter how packed the parking lot is. Which is my only complaint is parking can be difficult, though they have EV charging and two hours compliments of casino and charged after of course but price is quite minimal.
