Jack In The Box - San Pablo

I requested a sourdough jack without tomato and with added egg, but the staff at this particular Jack in the Box in Hayward told me they couldn't accommodate my request. I have made this same request multiple times at other Jack in the Box locations since they discontinued the Brunch Burger, but for some reason, this specific restaurant in Hayward would not allow it. Other Jack in the Box locations in Hayward have allowed me to customize my order in this way.

I had a terrible experience at Jack in the Box. The staff were behaving like children, even throwing food around. I witnessed a staff member throwing my order to the server, who laughed it off before giving me the order. The fries were stale and the container was barely filled despite ordering a large. There were no extra fries in the bag. They did not have the milkshake I ordered. When I asked for a refund for my mobile order, the girl didn't know how to do it and suggested I call customer support. The sandwich I received was also not what I ordered. Overall, it was a complete mess. I will avoid this location in the future.

I am absolutely blown away by this Planet Fitness location. I signed up two months ago based on the recommendation of an 85-year-old friend of mine, and I have been thoroughly impressed. The gym is impeccably clean and the staff are exceptionally friendly, even remembering the names of their patrons. I work with trainer Cory twice a week, and he pushes me to my limits while also ensuring I don't overdo it. Check out the attached photo of Cory and me during a workout session.

This is the best option for dining out on holidays because, in my personal experience, they are rarely closed.

I had excellent meals at this restaurant and they only charged me for a regular meal even though I also had a large one. Top-notch service.
