Przekaż informację zwrotnąI called in to place an order for a large pepperoni pizza for delivery, and within just five minutes, I received a text notifying me that my order had been canceled. I tried calling to find out why, but no one answered. It was a very strange experience.
When I returned to claim my free pizza and ordered the same thing, they forgot the double sausage again. To make it right, the staff member warmed up some meat and simply placed it on top of the pizza without cooking it. I have attached pictures to show how the sausage and mushrooms are not cooked into the pizza. Really?
We enjoy visiting Domino's, but last night was a disappointing experience. My wife called to place an order, and the woman who answered was quite rude. When I arrived to pick up our order, one of the staff members paused what he was doing to help me find it. I requested some ranch sauce, and just as he was about to get it, a woman appeared from the back and informed me it would cost a dollar. I tried to discuss the situation with her, but she kept repeating herself without making eye contact. This was the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or if this is how she usually treats customers, but it was completely unacceptable.
I called to order delivery. They took my order no problem, cancelled immediately after, then refused to answer the phone.. What was the point of taking my order??!
The staff was friendly and the food was prefect wouldn?t have had it any other way. You rock. Domino?s !!
