The staff is very courteous, and there’s a great variety of food to choose from (it's not just lugaw). However, I'm curious about the limited ketchup availability.

The cashier should focus on their own issues instead of involving others. They need to improve their attitude towards their job and how they treat customers, rather than taking their frustrations out on those who are ordering.
