Very good eating, but the menus are still physical, the sauces and serviette rings are also shared, I am not sure that they fulfill all the protocols needed by the Ministry of Health.

For Panama in is not bad sushi. Not the best either. Service was your typical poor level, what is common here in Panama. The tempura sauce was horrible. They should visit a Japanese market to purchase some authentic sauce. This chain is growing quickly here in Panama. Just goes to show you that many places have worse food. I had a nice time with friends at this restaurant. Great environment and good service. No complaints whatsoever so far. They can accommodate for vegetarians, just ask for the roll without the meat (i usually order Zen Sacion without salmon).
