Melrose's - San Miguel De Abona

Is currently closed as new licensees are expected. I have appeared and restaurant looks like a site currently. it is unclear if new owners take over this restaurant, I had heard november, but this is just heresay.

We arrived at 8.30 a.m. at the silver night in santa barbara and did not want to go for a meal, so decided to stay in the hotel and eat in melrose, we are so satisfied that we did. we decided to celebrate the end...of 2020 with the chateaubriand dinner for 2 and it was fabulous, served by the delicious creamy allioli with the crispy garlic bread in the melt in mouth steak and accompanying sauces. the bottle house red, which included in the price of eur 46 was very pale. all served a very professional but friendly wise. we loved it and thought very good value for money. we were not sure whether we were repeating the experience how often the second time to be disappointed, but we went back this week and had again the same chateaubriand deal we found eating again amazing and the service perfect for us not too fussy, but attentive. highly recommended.

We joined the night of Diamond members, which I think is a great idea. 18 members on a long table share top tips and recommend new stalls. nice restaurant with friendly service, but it was disappointing for me to get a delicious steak on a cold. teller didn't like to make a fuss but I'll ask next time.

A very good Italian restaurant in the complex. really nice eating and friendly staff. the halfboard deal is worth a big one for the money. this restaurant is just as good as any other Italian restaurant in the environment.

Having chosen Melrose at Santa Barbara to celebrate my 59th birthday we expected to have a good experience. Our initial expectations was not let down as what seemed to be the lead waiter brought us a glass of Cava. Then we sat waiting for around...half an hour before someone came to ask us what we wanted to drink and eat. Having ordered our food the initial starter of onion rings came very quickly but my wife’s starter failed to turn up? When our main courses arrived my wife had still not had her starter, it was only then they asked what she had ordered. Myself and daughter had finished our main meal when finally my wife’s initial starter turned up. We sat for over an hour waiting for my wife to finish her three courses. Fairly reasonable meal but disappointed with the overall service
