Thonglor Thai Bistro - San Mateo

The staff at this restaurant were very helpful and friendly, assisting us with our food choices and accommodating any changes we requested. I highly recommend this place.

I made a reservation at this restaurant a few days ago to meet friends from out of town for lunch. Everything seemed fine, but when we arrived, we saw a sign saying that they were only open until dinner. We were unfamiliar with the area and had only chosen this place based on the Opentable reservation system. It was disappointing! We had to quickly find another option and ended up at a nearby, less appealing place. Not a great experience to show our friends.

This restaurant offers no frills, excellent service, and absolutely delicious food. Everything was fresh and incredibly flavorful. After searching for a great Thai restaurant in the San Mateo area, we finally found it. Despite its casual appearance, do not be fooled - the dining experience was top-notch.

Great eating to good trips. beautiful size in outdoor and indoor dining places. the staff was very appealing and helpful. the food came quickly and was well prepared. pad ke mao was my favourite dish of our 5 teller family style lunchtime; noodles perfectly boiled, not all stick together, vegetables were fresh and the bun was perfectly tanned.

Fried rice was great! like the fried banana ice cream!
