The Katsu Sando-japanese Fried Chicken Sandwich

Highly recommend the Fried Chicken Karaage Sando and Wasabi Fried Chicken Sando.

Ordered the Pork Katsu Sando, Aonori Fries, and Kabocha Pumpkin Croquette. Everything was delicious and not at all greasy, so you know it was fried perfectly. The croquette was a favorite as it was somehow light and not too sweet or dense.

The meat on the Fujiyama fries was excessively salty. The pork katsu appeared undercooked and was lacking in flavor. The pumpkin croquette was quite basic. I added the wasabi slaw to enhance the flavors of the meal. The mixed green salad could have benefited from more dressing.

The Fried Chicken Karaage Sando was soggy and lacked any crispiness. The lemonades were decent, but they were quite sweet.

We ordered the Fried Chicken Karaage Baskets, Kabocha Pumpkin Croquette, and Wasabi Slaw Cup, and everything was excellent! The portion sizes were a bit on the smaller side, but the flavors were delicious overall.
